What happens
We watch for you. Ofsted, the Department for Education and other governing bodies publish new and updated guidance all the time. We keep watch, so the moment something affects nurseries, you hear about it.
We read it, so you don't have to. Guidance documents can be long. We review the entire document and send you a short, plain-English note of just what has changed and what it means for your nursery.
We update your policies, if you want. We compare the change with your own policies and draft the updates for you. You read them and approve them. Nothing goes to your team until you say so.
Your team is told, and it's tracked. Managers and staff get the update on their phones. The system records who has read it and when, and asks each person to sign. Anyone who hasn't is reminded for you.
Then we check they understood it. Each person takes a short test. You see who read what, when they signed and any remarks they made. If someone doesn't pass, they are retested until they do. If someone fails several times, they are put on a development plan for you automatically, so their manager can support them.
What you get
No more checking websites, reading long documents or rewriting policies by hand.
Every relevant release is spotted, explained and acted on.
Not just "read and signed", but tested, with every result recorded.
Who read what, when they signed and how they did, ready to show an inspector.
What you still decide
The system does the running around. The decisions that matter stay with you.
- Whether a policy change is right for your nursery. You approve every update first.
- Any wording you want to change before it goes out.
- How a manager supports someone on a development plan.
Good to know
Will you change my policies without asking?
No. We draft the changes and you approve them. Nothing goes to staff until you do.
What if a member of staff keeps failing the test?
They are retested until they pass. If they fail several times, a development plan is set up automatically so their manager can help.
Can I see who has read and signed?
Yes. You see who read each update, when they signed, any remarks they made and their test results.
