Mothership feature

Never let a certificate lapse again.

Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, DBS, food hygiene: each has its own renewal date. The system counts down for every person and tells the right people in good time.

How it works

Step by step

  8. Every certificate in date, for every person
In detail

What happens

  1. Every person in your nursery has certificates with their own renewal dates: paediatric first aid, safeguarding, DBS update checks, food hygiene and more.

  2. You add each certificate once. The system works out when it needs renewing and starts counting down for you.

  3. At 60, 30 and 7 days before it is due, the member of staff and their manager get a reminder on their phones. Anything due soon also shows on your Ofsted readiness dashboard.

  4. Once the course is booked and done, the new certificate is filed and the next countdown starts by itself. Nobody has to remember a date.

The benefit to your nursery

What you get

No more remembering dates

The system remembers every date for every person.

No lapses

You find out months ahead, not on inspection day.

Staff take ownership

Reminders go to the person themselves, as well as their manager.

You stay in control

What you still decide

The system does the running around. The decisions that matter stay with you.

  • Which course to book, and when.
  • Who covers while someone is on a course.
